This is a very special role for an Ontraport specialist looking to make a significant contribution to a dynamic Australian-based online coaching business. They provide technology-focussed training for music teachers through an online professional development community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Management: Manage and optimise our Ontraport systems.

Email
Marketing: Implement and analyse email marketing campaigns using Ontraport. Ensure timely delivery and high engagement rates.
Landing Page: Build and manage landing pages in Ontraport.
Automation: Implement and manage automation workflows to streamline business processes.
Data entry: such as inputting information into spreadsheets, databases, or other online tools.

Is incredibly detail-oriented and organised and knows how to problem-solve.
Always seeks to create better systems and take interest in how you can make things more efficient and effective.
Speak up if they see a problem and are proactive in finding a solution. (You don't just make it work, you make it better!)
LOVES working with a small team and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
Knows how to manage time and work independently, but also enjoys collaboration.
Is resourceful, meaning you know when to Google it, but also know when to just ask for help.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
More than 2-3 years experience with CRM Management, ideally Ontraport
At least 2-3 years remotely working from home for US, Australian, or European clients.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
High Attention to detail
Excellent email communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
Ideally, you also know the following Software / Platforms
Asana, Slack, Clockify, GSuite, Loom, Vimeo, YouTube.

This position is NOT for you if you…
Don't have an established workspace and structure to work from home.
Don't have an AMAZING attention to detail
Tend to be last minute and have a "just get it done" attitude instead of "make it great"
Don’t consider client satisfaction and customer service a priority.
Not looking for a long-term commitment.
