About Alpha Capital:

Alpha Capital is a direct real estate lender specializing in fix and flip, bridge loans, and long-term DSCR rental loans for investment properties (1-4 units). We do not work with owner-occupants, focusing instead on professional investors, mortgage brokers, and real estate entrepreneurs.

We are seeking a Lending Associate (Virtual Assistant) to support the business development efforts of our lending division. This role is heavily focused on lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building with mortgage brokers and direct borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential borrowers and mortgage brokers who need fix and flip, bridge, or DSCR loans.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and social media messaging (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Qualify leads and set up appointments for senior lending specialists.

Relationship Building & Outreach:
Contact mortgage brokers and investors to introduce Alpha Capital’s lending programs.
Maintain and update a database of brokers and investors.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into borrowers.

Administrative & Support Tasks (As Needed):
Assist in preparing loan program overviews and marketing materials.
Manage CRM updates and track communication with potential clients.
Provide support for other business development tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Sales-Driven & Proactive: You’re comfortable making cold calls, sending emails, and messaging prospects to generate new business.

Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging brokers and investors.
Highly Organized: Ability to track outreach efforts, manage a pipeline of leads, and maintain CRM records.
Experienced in Real Estate or Lending (Preferred but Not Required): Background in real estate lending, mortgage brokerage, or related fields is a plus.

Tech-Savvy & Social Media Fluent: Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for networking and outreach.
