About the Role
DS Property Experts is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator with expertise in story brand marketing, blog writing, and SEO optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, audience engagement, commercial real estate, and how to grow an online presence through LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across these platforms to position Dave Snehal as a trusted authority in commercial real estate multi-family investment sales.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute a story brand marketing strategy to create a deep connection with the audience.
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight Dave Snehal’s journey, expertise, and the impact of his work.
- Align content with the company’s mission of helping educate investors or facilitate the exit for the long time property owners who would like to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Social Media Content Creation & Management
- Plan, write, and produce engaging LinkedIn posts, including text, images, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Create and edit YouTube videos that educate, inform, and entertain investors about commercial real estate, wealth-building, and investment strategies.
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Optimize social media content for maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Research industry trends and apply storytelling techniques to make content more relatable and impactful.
Blog Writing & Website SEO
- Write high-quality blog articles focused on Multi-family investment strategies, and market trends.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and ranking, including keyword research, internal linking, and metadata optimization.
- Repurpose LinkedIn and YouTube content into long-form blog articles for the company website.
- Optimize website content to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO-friendly website updates.
Audience Engagement & Growth
- Engage with the LinkedIn and YouTube audience through comments, messages, and discussions.
- Monitor industry trends and leverage storytelling and thought leadership to establish credibility.
- Experiment with different content formats and posting schedules to maximize audience growth.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze key performance metrics (website traffic, search rankings, social media engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Use AI tools and analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO algorithm changes to implement best practices.

- Proficient in blog writing, website SEO, and keyword optimization.
