Manage multiple buisness

I need someone to manage my business. I am new at business and I need someone with great experience with managing businesses and helping me continue to build them successfully. I need an actual agent to manage my business llcs and to make sure that I am in compliance with all rules and all requirements. I have one llc for a real estate business, which I registered in Wyoming for tax reasons, but I work everywhere, secondly I have a auto body shop that have been open for plenty of years and I just moved into ownership, it is run down and I need help with everything, but what I need the most right now is funding! I need someone that can help me apply for grants, loans and business cards. Not sure about wages and hours just yet we can speak on it
