We are a rapidly growing commercial insurance agency specializing in helping businesses secure the right coverage at the best rates. Our team works with a wide range of industries, including construction, trucking, retail, and more. Why This is a Lucrative Opportunity
• High Deal Sizes: The average commercial insurance deal size is around $5,000 in annual premium, and it’s not uncommon to close deals worth $20,000 to $40,000 or more.
• Multiple Large Deals Per Week: Many of our agents consistently receive submissions for large policies multiple times per week, giving them ample opportunities to earn high commissions.
• Tiered Commission Structure:
• Commissions start at 1% of the premium for each deal.
• As you reach higher performance tiers, your commission increases to 3% or more.
• You never drop down in tier—once you hit a tier, you continue earning at that level for life.
• Top performers can earn even higher commissions!

Job Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to business owners to offer insurance solutions. (Leads are high quality but still require cold outreach.)
• Educate prospects on the benefits of different insurance policies.
• Qualify leads and guide them through the insurance application process.
• Follow up with warm leads provided by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
• Work closely with underwriters and account managers to finalize policies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with a high earning potential.

Qualifications
• Sales experience is required (insurance sales preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English skills with a neutral or minimal accent.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using CRM software and handling email communication.
• Philippines insurance license is preferred but not required.

Why Having a Philippine Insurance License is Preferred
While an insurance license in the Philippines is not required, it is strongly preferred because:
• It demonstrates a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, making the transition to selling U.S. policies much easier.
• If you already have or obtain an insurance license in the Philippines, we can quickly help you become a licensed non-resident agent in one or more U.S. states.
• A U.S. insurance license opens the door to higher commission opportunities and the ability to sell policies directly.

We cover the costs and guide you through the process of getting a U.S. non-resident license if you are a good fit and meet the necessary requirements.
