JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join the Lynx2Market team and help us develop prospects in selected growth markets.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Development and/or Sales, be self-driven, eager to learn, and appreciate the opportunity to work autonomously.
Experience in Pharma / Life Science industry as a Business Development/Sales professional is a plus!
Excellent sales skills, solid verbal and written English, and a customer-oriented approach are essential.

About us:
We are a fast-growing event organizer that works with international pharmaceutical companies PharmaSynergy (Upgrade to see actual info). We are looking for someone who is excited about sales, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and progress quickly.
You will be responsible for researching and generating leads, as well as meeting sales goals. Duties will include telephone sales and negotiating contracts with potential clients. You will be assigned a group of existing and new clients with whom you will work to invite pharmaceutical companies to attend life sciences partnering events.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be prepared to work for a private, dynamic, and multicultural company. You will be expected to understand the sales process and have superb interpersonal skills.

Duties:
• Understanding and promoting an event conference program and partnering meetings (product)
• Generating leads using all available resources
• Answering clients’ questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Maintaining the company's historical database in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparing weekly reports
• Attending company events (occasional international travel)
• Conducting competitive analysis
• Providing support, where needed, to the overall business

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Organized, self-motivated, and willing/able to work
• Sales experience is a bonus
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and commitment to excellent customer service
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
