• Minimum one year of experience in insurance customer service
• Must be fluent in English and comfortable speaking with clients
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with insurance processes and terminology

Work Schedule:
• 10 AM – 7 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
