Schedule:
- Flexible Hours – Expected to be on call during peak times.
- Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday (RDO: Monday - Tuesday)
- Working Hours: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm pst or 3:00 pm - 12:00 am pst (includes 1hr lunch)
- Off-Hours (Rest Time): 12:00 Midnight - 8:00 AM PST
- Busy Times: Fridays (check-ins), Saturdays, Sundays (check-outs), peak seasons (spring-fall, holidays)
- Overtime: Not required; must be communicated if needed
- Hours Per Week: 40 hours (FT)


Key Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Guest Communication – Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via text, Airbnb chat, and other messaging platforms.
- Guest Support Coordination – Collaborate with on-the-ground teams to resolve guest issues and escalate complex problems while ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve common STR issues such as lockbox access, guest check-ins, and minor property-related concerns.
- On-Call Availability – Be available during peak hours (3:00 PM - 12:00 PM PST) to manage urgent guest needs swiftly.
- Administrative Support – Perform potential research, organization, and email triaging tasks as needed.
- STR Management & Task Ownership – Shadow client to take over key responsibilities and streamline property management.
- Documentation & SOP Development – Maintain a knowledge base of common guest issues and solutions, continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Non- Negotiables:
- Fluent English, Neutral Accent: Clear, concise communication, especially on calls and escalations.
- Customer Service Expertise: Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb).
- Strong Communicator & Critical Thinker: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adaptable & Organized: Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Independent & Remote-Ready: Manages time well while collaborating with remote teams.
- Flexible Availability: Available to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PST.
