Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SEO Specialist to drive our website optimization strategy, enhance page speed performance, and ensure best SEO practices. The ideal candidate must have expertise in reducing JavaScript usage, implementing page schema, and resolving issues on Google Search Console. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in Flatsome, WordPress development, end-to-end website design and development, and a strong understanding of SEO tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize website page speed performance and reduce unnecessary JavaScript usage.

Implement structured data and page schema for improved search visibility.

Analyze and resolve technical SEO issues using Google Search Console.

Design and develop new websites using Flatsome and other WordPress themes.

Handle end-to-end website development including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes, templates, and plugins such as Divi, WPBakery, Fusion Builder, Yoast SEO, and others.

Integrate APIs using AWeber, Mailchimp, Stripe, and PayPal.

Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Laravel, and MySQL databases to ensure website functionality and performance.

Manage and optimize WordPress Elementor and WooCommerce websites.

Utilize SEO tools to conduct audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WordPress and related integrations.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Perform reformatting, audio editing, and other multimedia-related tasks when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in SEO and website development.

Expertise in page speed optimization and technical SEO.

Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, page schema, and structured data.

Experience working with Flatsome and other premium WordPress themes.

Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.

Hands-on experience with API integrations (AWeber, Mailchimp, Stripe, PayPal).

Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Laravel, and MySQL.

Experience with WooCommerce and WordPress Elementor.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting.

Ability to handle reformatting, audio editing, and other digital content tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud hosting, CDN, and caching techniques.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA) and headless WordPress.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret SEO reports effectively.
