**Position:** Virtual Assistant – Credit Repair Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable virtual assistant to assist with credit repair tasks, specifically focusing on challenging inaccurate or negative information on American credit reports. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting effective dispute letters, removing late payments, judgments, repossessions, and other derogatory items. You will play a key role in helping clients improve their credit scores and achieve financial freedom.

**Responsibilities:**
- Draft and customize professional dispute letters to challenge inaccurate or negative items on credit reports.
- Dispute late payments, collections, judgments, repossessions, and other derogatory marks.
- Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies on behalf of clients.
- Stay up-to-date with credit repair laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
- Provide clear and timely updates on the progress of disputes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in American credit repair, with a strong understanding of credit laws and regulations.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and effective dispute letters.
- Familiarity with credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and their dispute processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fast response time and availability to communicate during business hours (EST preferred).
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with digital tools (email, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Certification in credit repair (e.g., Credit Repair Specialist Certification) is a plus but not required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with credit repair software or platforms.
- Knowledge of advanced credit repair strategies, such as goodwill letters and pay-for-delete negotiations.
- A track record of successfully removing negative items from credit reports.
