Responsibilities:
? Manage Turo and direct rental bookings to prevent scheduling conflicts
? Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution with professionalism
? Oversee fleet tracking, maintenance scheduling, and renter communication
? Automate processes using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
? Assist in business growth strategies, including lead generation and partnerships
Qualifications:
?? Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills
?? Experience in car rental, Turo, or customer service roles is a big plus
?? Tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Suite, CRM software, Zapier and scheduling platforms
?? Problem-solver who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision
?? Able to work in EST timezone and respond quickly to urgent tasks
SHIFT HOURS: 8AM - 2PM EST 5 days per week
