Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to start on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, not just wait for instructions, and actively contribute to designing our websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities:
- Design graphics for digital and print, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to develop and refine design concepts.
- Take the initiative to suggest new design ideas and improvements, not only execute provided instructions.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and adapt techniques as needed to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work proactively with the tech team to design websites and landing pages.
