Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM WST (Perth time) – Non-negotiable

About Us
We’re a 100% remote, all-female team of digital marketing pros based in Perth, specialising in the tourism industry. We run Meta (Facebook) and Google Ad campaigns, manage social media, and help our clients grow online. As a tight-knit and fast-moving team, we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who’s committed, highly organised, and ready to support our director and team in keeping things running smoothly.

Who We’re Looking For
This isn’t just another VA role where you juggle multiple clients. We want someone who’s fully committed to growing with us long-term. If you’re working 20 hours a day across multiple jobs, this isn’t for you.

We’re looking for someone who:
? Shows up on time, every time – reliability is key.
? Is proactive and highly organised – you don’t wait for instructions; you anticipate needs.
? Is eager to learn – we’re happy to train the right candidate in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
? Wants stability – we reward focus and dedication with long-term employment.

While agency or Facebook ad experience is a bonus, we’re open to training the right person who is driven and willing to grow.

The Role

Your Daily Responsibilities
Project Coordination – Support our team, manage deadlines, and keep projects moving.
Daily Admin Tasks – Manage emails, update spreadsheets, and keep track of social media tasks.
Client Support – Light customer service via email and social channels.
Bookkeeping – Basic invoicing and data entry in Xero and Pipedrive.
Sales & Marketing Support – Assist with lead generation on LinkedIn and entry-level Google Ads/Facebook Ads tasks (training provided).

What You Bring to the Table
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, Pipedrive, Xero, Slack, Zapier. Bonus if you have experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
? Super Organised: You love keeping things in order, following up on deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
? People Skills: Friendly, professional, and comfortable coordinating between different teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
? Availability: 8 AM – 5 PM WST (Perth time), Monday – Friday. This is not a flexible-schedule role – you need to be online and available during these hours.
? Reliable Internet & Workspace: You have a quiet, professional work environment and stable internet.
? Team Player: Weekly video calls are required – we value face-to-face interaction and team culture.
