USA based Company. We are looking for an experienced and highly efficient Content Strategists & Social Media Manager to support our content creation and management needs. This role is perfect for someone who understands branding, storytelling, and audience engagement and can create compelling content that aligns with our vision.
This position requires managing at least two business accounts across different brands, ensuring consistency, engagement, and growth on all platforms.
Position Overview
The Content Strategist & Social Media Manager will be responsible for researching, planning, creating, and managing content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the brand owner to execute content strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
Content Preparation & Research:
Conduct market research to identify trending topics in entrepreneurship, finance, and business.
Analyze competitors and industry leaders to spot content gaps and opportunities.
Develop content ideas based on audience interests, SEO insights, and brand goals.
Content Creation:
Design high-quality Instagram carousel posts, reels, and graphics that align with each brand’s aesthetic.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and storytelling-based content tailored to different platforms.
Repurpose long-form content (e.g., YouTube videos, blog posts) into short-form social media posts.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats.
Content Posting & Management:
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and interact with the audience professionally.
Track performance metrics and optimize posting strategies for better engagement and growth.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with Nicole to execute content ideas and campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
Requirements:
-Must be fluent in English.
-Able to communicate via webcam (usa central standard time)
-Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
-Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
-Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
-Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content marketing strategies.
-Analytical mindset – able to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
-Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
-Experience working with entrepreneurs or personal brands is a plus.
-Must be willing to be able to produce 12 pieces of content daily.
Bonus : Individuals who are skilled in video editing.
