About the Role

Skill Bridge is currently hiring an Email Marketing Specialist for one of our growing eCommerce clients in the premium coffee industry. This is a direct-hire opportunity where you will work directly with the client’s team, focusing on data-driven email marketing strategies to drive sales and customer retention.

This is not a creative or design-heavy role — the client already has an in-house creative team. Instead, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys digging into email performance data, creating audience segments, configuring effective automated flows, and optimizing campaigns to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze past and ongoing email campaigns to identify what’s working and recommend clear improvements based on data.
- Create highly targeted audience segments based on purchasing behavior, preferences, and engagement history.
- Own the setup and optimization of automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back campaigns, etc.) using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Regularly review performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue per email) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand’s voice, promotions, and overall strategy.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports with data-driven insights and action plans.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, ideally within eCommerce (DTC brand experience is a strong plus).
- Klaviyo Expert: Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email platforms (automation, segmentation, and reporting).
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfortable working with performance data and using it to guide your decisions and strategy.
- Audience Segmentation Skills: Ability to build and refine advanced customer segments based on real purchasing behavior and engagement data.
- Strong Communicator: Able to collaborate remotely with teams across different departments and present data insights clearly.
- Highly Organized: Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for Continuous Improvement: Someone who loves to test, learn, and optimize every step of the process.
- eCommerce & Coffee Industry Interest (Preferred): While not required, familiarity with eCommerce trends or an interest in coffee is a plus.
