As a Project Manager – Website Delivery, you will ensure that all new website builds meet quality, timeline, and client expectations, working closely with designers, developers, and account managers.

What You'll Do as our Project Manager
1. Project Planning & Execution
Oversee 5 to 20 new website builds per month, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on spec.
Develop project timelines, assign resources, and track deliverables using Agile methodologies.
Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
Work with clients to define website goals, ensuring clear project scopes.
2. Team & Workflow Management
Coordinate between designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Work with onshore and offshore teams to improve collaboration and efficiency.
Implement structured workflows to ensure a high-quality website delivery process.
3. Client Communication & Expectation Management
Be the main point of contact for clients during the website build process.
Set and manage client expectations regarding timelines, scope, and revisions.
Ensure clear documentation and smooth handoff to support teams post-launch.
4. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in website delivery workflows and optimize for better speed and quality.
Implement AI and automation where applicable to streamline project management.
Maintain project documentation and best practices for scalability.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in project management within web development or a similar field.
- Proven track record of managing multiple website builds simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, web development lifecycles, and hosting environments.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
- Ability to balance client expectations, team coordination, and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
