Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in financial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and leveraging automation tools to streamline bookkeeping processes. This role requires expertise in MYOB, MYOB Advance, and OrderMate, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations using MYOB and MYOB Advance.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze weekly expenses and provide variance reports.
- Review and reconcile daily sales reports from OrderMate and EOD, identifying discrepancies.
- Conduct payroll expense analysis within MYOB.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Enter and manage invoices in MYOB Advance.
- Reconcile invoices with MYOB records to ensure accuracy.
• Payment Reconciliation:
- Match EFTPOS reports against sales data and bank deposits.
- Identify and report any variances or inconsistencies.
• Automation & Process Optimization:
- Implement automation tools to improve efficiency in bookkeeping tasks.
- Optimize financial workflows for better accuracy and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 10+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Expert in MYOB, MYOB Advance, and OrderMate.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Proven experience in process automation and financial system optimization.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
