Job Title: Google Local Search (GBP) Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM Eastern Time
Salary: $1,800 - $2,200 USD/month

JRA360 is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping junk removal and dumpster rental businesses scale to $1M+ in revenue. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Google Local Search (GBP) Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in improving our clients' online visibility.

Position Overview:
The GBP Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP) listings for our clients. This role requires advanced knowledge of GBP strategy, ranking improvements, citation building, content creation, and review management. You will report directly to our SEO Director and occasionally interact with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage 40-50 GBP listings with a focus on improving rankings and driving leads.
Follow JRA360's proven method of managing accounts while also providing guidance on changes to GBP management strategies.
Stay up to date on the latest GBP trends, strategies, and algorithm updates.
Be highly skilled at resolving GBP suspensions and capable of speaking on past experience resolving suspensions.
Handle GBP setup, verification, and profile optimization.
Develop and execute strategies to improve local search rankings, including keyword optimization and category selection.
Create and schedule GBP posts, ensuring engaging content that aligns with each client's brand.
Manage review responses and implement strategies to improve overall review counts and ratings.
Monitor GBP insights and metrics to track performance, identify issues, and adjust strategy as needed.
Perform NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency checks and manage citation-building campaigns.
Utilize Local Viking or a similar software for post scheduling and GBP management.
Use SEMrush or a similar software for keyword research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with our SEO Assistant (when hired) to delegate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Occasionally communicate with clients (a few times per month) to provide updates or address concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing GBP listings with proven success in improving rankings and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of GBP best practices, ranking factors, and local SEO strategies.
Proven experience successfully resolving GBP suspensions.
Experience using Local Viking or a similar software.
Experience using SEMrush or a similar software.
Proficient in creating engaging GBP content (posts, descriptions, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal English skills (fluency required; native proficiency not required).
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Familiarity with industries such as junk removal or home services.
Background in managing GBP listings for clients in multiple geographic areas.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Success in this role will be measured by:
Ranking Improvements: Percentage of keywords in the Top 3 positions.
Lead Growth: Increase in calls, clicks, and direction requests from GBP listings.
Review Growth: Consistent increases in positive reviews.
Client Retention: Maintaining client satisfaction and minimizing churn.
