High Score is a fast-growing B2B wholesale hemp business focused on supplying high-quality hemp products to retailers, smoke shops, and dispensaries across the USA. We are seeking a Head of Inside Sales to lead, scale, and optimize our inside sales team, helping us expand our reach and drive revenue.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced inside sales leader to build, manage, and optimize our inside sales team. The Head of Inside Sales will be responsible for driving revenue, developing sales processes, training reps, and ensuring high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of inside sales representatives, setting KPIs and ensuring performance excellence.
Revenue Growth: Own and drive inside sales revenue targets, ensuring sales team efficiency.
Sales Process Optimization: Develop, document, and improve our B2B sales processes to increase lead conversion and repeat sales.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track, analyze, and improve the sales pipeline.
Lead Qualification & Conversion: Improve inbound and outbound lead qualification processes to increase deal closures.
Training & Performance Management: Coach and mentor sales reps, conduct training, and improve sales performance through data-driven decisions.
Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing to align lead generation with inside sales strategy.
Who You Are:
3+ years experience in inside sales leadership, preferably in a B2B wholesale/e-commerce environment.
Proven ability to manage remote sales teams effectively.
Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales pipeline management.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling inside sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales metrics, conversion optimization, and revenue growth strategies.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
