JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who can provide essential support to the smooth operation, sustained growth and customer satisfaction of our growing personal and spiritual development organisation (TOSA–Therapy for the Soul).

This is a part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week, Monday-Saturday. We operate out of Canada and are in the Pacific Time zone. We will require applicants to attend a regular, weekly Monday meeting at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, as well as be available for other check in meetings where necessary.
Applicants should have an understanding and knowledge of how to use Canva, Kajabi, Optimize Press/Word Press, Aweber, Zapier, Zoom, Google Docs etc. Applicants will also need to have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. As well as the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, have strong organizational and time-management abilities. The ability to create aesthetically pleasing graphics and booklets is one of our priorities.
At the end of each day, we will expect you to provide a short update listing what you finished that day, what you’re working on next, and any deadlines that are at risk of being missed.

Type of position:
Part time, requiring 20-30 hours of support Monday-Saturday.
Working time zone:
We are based in Canada, Pacific time zone, and will require applicants to attend a regular, weekly Monday meeting at 3:00 p.m. Pacific (7am Philippines), as well as be available for other meetings when necessary.
Skills:
Understand and knowledge of how to use Canva, Kajabi, Optimize Press/Word Press, Aweber, Zapier, Google Docs etc
An asset if you have knowledge in Basecamp, Eventbrite, Typeform, Dropbox
Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to create aesthetically pleasing graphics and booklets
Website management
Willingness to receive feedback and use it to learn and grow
Video editing software (not required but a big asset)
Daily reporting:
At the end of each day, I will expect you to provide a short Basecamp update listing what you finished that day, what you’re working on next, and any deadlines that are at risk of being missed.
Proposed compensation:
$8 per hour, with a maximum of 120 preapproved hours per month
Daily/Weekly Work Description:
Handle social media management, content creation, calendar and posting.
Transcribing webinars, short videos, podcast episodes, etc.
Organizing content
Creating images, booklets, banners etc in Canva
Utilize Basecamp to identify and track tasks
CRM Email management (schedule, create, test, tags etc)
Daily report
Attend planning meeting Upgrade to see actual info Pacific Time
Create transcripts of TOSA video’s, edit video’s for content for Course or Socials
Manage Zoom recordings - upload any videos based on class/workshop schedules to Kajabi, then to Dropbox into the appropriate folder, then delete recording from Zoom.
Project assistance, research & reporting
Kajabi - set up reminder emails, email campaigns, check out pages, course content updates and video uploads
Manage and organize testimonials
Quarterly Work Description:
Website - update website and create landing pages
Create PDF workbooks based off of course content, video’s etc
Set up and manage Zapiers
Harder (optional but ideal) skill set:
Video editor for website, social media and YouTube videos (will be provided raw footage to caption, edit etc).
