Job Overview: We are a growing home removals business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist with general administrative tasks, provide quick and accurate quotes to incoming customers, and manage social media accounts to help generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing quotes and information on home removal services.
Manage and organize administrative tasks including
Use Google Drive and Canva to create and manage documents, files, and marketing materials.
Assist with managing the company's social media accounts
Implement social media strategies to generate leads and promote services to a broader audience.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proficient in using Gmail, Google Drive, and Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems (CRM experience a plus).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes in a timely manner.
Basic knowledge of social media management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or a similar field.
