Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy marketing admin with a passion for automation and digital marketing? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant – Marketing Admin to join our team and help streamline our marketing efforts using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), LinkedIn, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and manage marketing automation workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL), Klaviyo, and Mailchimp
-Oversee LinkedIn management, including content scheduling, engagement, and lead generation
-Assist in email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and performance tracking
-Support digital marketing efforts, including social media scheduling, content updates, and analytics
-Optimize CRM processes and automate follow-ups to improve efficiency
-Generate reports and provide insights on marketing performance
-Assist with other admin tasks related to marketing and lead generation

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Admin, or similar role
-Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and marketing automation tools
-Experience with LinkedIn management, engagement, and outreach
-Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms
-Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, CRM, and automation workflows
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Bonus Points If You Have:
-Experience with Zapier, ClickFunnels, or similar automation tools
-Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing
-Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva
