### **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Surplus Funds Recovery Virtual Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying surplus funds opportunities, conducting research, engaging with leads via cold calling, handling documentation, and coordinating with attorneys throughout the recovery process. If you have excellent communication skills, research abilities, and experience in client outreach, we want to hear from you!

### **Work Schedule:**
- **Monday- Friday: 10 AM- 6:30 PM EST


### **Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Generation & Research:**
- Identify potential surplus funds cases using the leads I provide, public records and foreclosure listings.
- Research claimants and property records to validate surplus fund eligibility.
- **Skip trace leads** to obtain updated contact information for claimants.

- **Cold Calling & Client Outreach:**
- Contact potential claimants via phone, email, and SMS to educate them about their surplus funds eligibility.
- Build rapport, address objections, and guide them through the claim process.

- **Documentation & Agreement Handling:**
- Send out legal agreements and contracts for claimants to sign.
- Ensure all required documents are accurately completed and submitted.

- **Coordination with Attorneys & Case Management:**
- Work closely with attorneys to ensure a smooth recovery process.
- Track the status of each case, follow up with clients, and provide updates.
- Maintain an organized database of clients, case details, and deadlines.

### **Qualifications:**
- Experience in surplus funds recovery, real estate, collections, or legal assistance (preferred but not required).
- Strong research and data mining skills.
- **Experience in skip tracing and locating hard-to-find leads.**
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Suite, and document management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
