About This Job:
OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations. We are looking to hire a new member to join us in our Human Resources division, which works in close association with the company leadership team:
Responsibilities:
This position involves fulfilling the following core responsibilities:
Payroll Management and Benefits Administration – Oversee and manage payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for both US and international staff. Handle benefits administration to ensure employees receive appropriate benefits packages.
HR Compliance – Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations for both US and international staff, including handling employee relations, periodic employee reviews, internal conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
Multinational Team Coordination – Manage and support a diverse, multinational team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Scheduling and Time Management – Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems, ensuring optimal staffing levels and effective time management.
Hiring and Firing – Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate prescreening, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing terminations and exit processes. Ensure a thorough and fair hiring process and manage exit interviews and offboarding procedures to gather feedback.
Training, Development, and Performance Management – Implement and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting continuous professional development.
Salary and Work Setup:
The position is a permanent work from home arrangement, with additional details below.
Base Salary: 52,500 PHP Monthly
Commission-Based: No
Payment Method: Twice Per Month
Work Schedule: US Business Hours; Full-Time; 40 hours per week (No part-time)

Requirements and Qualifications:
Several years of experience in human resources, specifically with US and also with Philippine payroll and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities are required. We require our staff to have an upbeat, positive, clear communication style and to have the ability to work closely and respectfully with a culturally diverse team. A fiber or equivalent speed internet connection is required for this position.
