GHL Admin + Tech VA w/ Experience in WordPress

HIGH PAYING, LONG-TERM, FLEXIBLE ROLE!

Hi! I'm looking for a highly-skilled Virtual Tech Assistant to join my growing SaaS real estate software company. Our platform is built using Go High Level (GHL) and WordPress with WooCommerce, Jet Plugins, and advanced integrations. I am not a coder and my background is in Finance but I have successfully built the platform myself, but now I need an experienced, tech-savvy VA to help me scale and enhance our technology, automation, and user experience.

Your Role Will Include:
- Managing and optimizing GoHighLevel SaaS accounts, building snapshots, navigating settings, and sub-account setup.
- Integrating & updating our WordPress website built on Elementor and WooCommerce.
- Leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and innovate solutions.
- Assisting with occasional project management tasks and coordinating technology initiatives.
- *Customizing plugins using PHP/JavaScript and ensuring integrations function seamlessly. (willing to pay more if you have experience with this, but not a requirement)
- Documenting your workflows, progress, and solutions clearly (ideally in Notion or a similar tool).

Compensation:
- $15++ (very flexible for highly experienced candidates knowledgeable in coding, php and javascript, webhooks, web-design in Elementor, and more).

Hours:
- Ideally 20-40 hours per week; flexibility available for highly skilled candidates. Once a strong relationship is established we will be very flexible on the time of day in which you work.

Criteria for the Job:
- THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH GO HIGH LEVEL AND AI. It is extremely important to us that you are very familiar with efficiently utilizing ai-tools to help you with your work!

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with GoHighLevel
- Substantial experience utilizing ai-tools to optimize your work and to help you work more efficiently
- Strong understanding of webhooks and general understanding of how to connect platforms via webhooks
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to work at least part of your schedule overlapping with US Central Time
- Strong attention to detail and self-driven problem-solving mindset

Additional Level 1 Preferred Skills:
- Proven WordPress website development experience (Elementor, WooCommerce, Jet Plugins, HTML/CSS)
- Basic, hands-on experience integrating AI automation tools
- Experience having created GHL apps (setting up integration, developing, and launching)

Additional Level 2 Preferred Skills:
- Basic proficiency in PHP and JavaScript
- Deep understanding of AI and the ability to create AI bots
- Familiarity with Replit or similar app prototyping platforms
