We are **Southern Homes Concierge Team**, brokered by **eXp Realty**, and we’re looking for a creative and experienced Virtual Assistant to help us build a standout brand in the real estate world. If you have a talent for branding, content creation, and social media management, we want to hear from you!

Task:
-Designing eye-catching **graphics, reels, and videos** for social media and email newsletters
-Creating **branded marketing materials** that reflect our team’s identity
-Managing and growing our **Facebook & Instagram pages**
-Planning and scheduling engaging content
-Ensuring a consistent and professional look across all platforms

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in branding & graphic design (Canva)
-Strong **video editing** skills for reels and short-form content
-A solid **portfolio** showcasing past work (must submit)
-Social media management experience, especially on **Facebook & Instagram**
-Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
