Job Title: Sales & Appointment Setting Specialist [K-SS]
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour ($5 / hour during 3 months probationary period. $6 / hour after the probationary period)

About the Role:
This role focuses on working inbound leads generated through marketing and various sources. The ideal candidate will engage potential clients in conversations, answer their questions, overcome objections, and schedule appointments. While this is not a direct sales role, it requires strong sales-oriented skills to guide leads through the appointment-setting process. Additionally, following up with patients is a key part of the role to ensure high booking rates and client satisfaction. The right candidate should be quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive in handling leads efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1.Appointment Setting & Lead Management (Using GHL, Zenoti, Acuity Scheduling)
2.Customer Service (Responding to inquiries via email, chat, phone)
3.Email & Text Management (Sorting, responding, prioritizing, sending newsletters)
4.Calendar Management (Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings)
5.Sales-Related Tasks:
6.Engaging leads in conversations & answering their questions
7.Objection handling & follow-ups
8.Persuasive communication to drive bookings
9.Lead qualification & tracking progress in CRM
10. Accurate Record-Keeping (Tracking leads, appointments, and customer interactions)
11. Providing a Positive Customer Experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications & Requirements:
*Sales Experience Required (Sales calls, cold calling, pitching)
*Proficiency in both Spanish & English (Written and spoken)
*Strong Communication: Clear verbal & written skills, professional & friendly tone, active listening
*Sales & Persuasion: Overcoming objections, lead qualification, creating urgency
*Time Management & Organization: Prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, meeting deadlines
*Technical Proficiency: CRM software (GHL, Zenoti, Acuity), email, phone systems, scheduling software
*Experience in Customer Service for Wellness or Beauty Industries is Strongly Encouraged
*Key Attributes: Persistence, adaptability, customer-focused approach
*Candidates from Latin America are Encouraged to Apply (Spanish-speaking clientele)
*KPI: Conversion rate & number of bookings with deposit

Technical Requirements:
Device: Reliable laptop or desktop
Internet: High-speed (Minimum 10 Mbps)
Audio & Video: Noise-canceling headset, webcam for virtual meetings
Workspace: Quiet, professional environment

Additional Requirements:
Available for video meetings (camera on) as needed
No other client work during required hours
