Full-Time Video Editor (Finance/Investing Niche) – $1,500/month

We’re looking for a full-time video editor who lives and breathes finance/investing content to join our fast-growing media team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Editing long-form YouTube videos (10-30 min) focused on finance, investing, and money-making topics.
- Creating short-form clips (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts) that are fast-paced, engaging, and optimized for social.
- Adding dynamic captions, b-roll, stock footage, Upgrade to see actual infos, sound effects, and other engaging elements.
- Light research: If a stock, article, or company is mentioned in the script, you’ll find supporting screenshots, clips, or headlines to insert seamlessly into the edit — without being asked.

Who You Are:

- Experienced editor with a portfolio of YouTube content — ideally in finance, investing, or business niches.
- Understand how to pace YouTube videos to retain attention, structure for watch time, and hook viewers from the start.
- Can edit like top finance creators (think: Alex Hormozi, Andrei Jikh, Graham Stephan, Ryan Scribner).
- Know finance/investing language — you don’t need to be an expert, but terms like "dividends," "SPY," "earnings reports," and "inflation" should make sense to you without explanation.
- Proactive — if something is mentioned (e.g., a chart, news article, or company), you can look it up, grab it, and insert it into the video without being asked.
- Organized, communicative, and can hit deadlines consistently.

Compensation & Hours:

- $1,500/month flat rate.
- Full-time role — expect to edit 2-3 long-form videos and 10-15 shorts per week depending on length/complexity.
- Fully remote, flexible hours, but need to hit deadlines.
