JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Social & Sales Engagement Specialist
Department: Sales & Client Acquisition
Reports To: Sales Team & Operations Lead / CEO
Location: US-based preferred, or native English speaker with exceptional skills
Schedule: 4-5 hours per day, Monday - Sunday with mandatory weekend availability
Primary Platforms: GoHighLevel , Instagram, Facebook, Email

ROLE
At Root Cause Doc™, we believe in guiding potential clients toward real, transformative health solutions. The Social & Sales Engagement Specialist is a front-end acquisition role responsible for managing inbound inquiries, booking sales consultations , and actively engaging with leads through social media, email, and CRM tracking.
This role supports the sales team, admin, and directly reports to the CEO, ensuring that prospects move efficiently through the sales pipeline. This position is not just about engagement—it’s about strategic relationship-building, lead nurturing, and seamless conversion.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, deeply knowledgeable about functional medicine or holistic health, and skilled at managing social conversations to move prospects to the next step. They should be comfortable juggling multiple conversations in real-time, ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.
This is a high-performance role in a rapidly growing company, with opportunities for leadership and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inbound Sales Engagement & Appointment Setting
Answer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media .
Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations and identifying if they meet the criteria for our Root Cause Call™.
Guide prospects to the Masterclass, ensuring they watch it before booking a call.
Follow up with those who haven’t booked yet, answering objections and encouraging them to take the next step.
Educate leads on the Root Cause Revolution™ program, answering common questions and addressing concerns.
Confirm scheduled Root Cause Calls™ via text, email, or phone, ensuring prospects are prepared.
Follow up on scheduled sales calls—ensuring a prospect completes the Root Cause Roadmap™.
Track all lead activity in GHL, ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team.
2. Social Media & Chat Engagement
Monitor and engage in real-time chat conversations on Facebook, Instagram, and website chat to nurture leads.
Reply to ALL DMs and comments, directing leads toward booking a Root Cause Call™.
Proactively engage with social media followers to move conversations toward scheduling, sharing, and growth.
Track engagement metrics, ensuring meaningful interactions lead to booked calls.
3. CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain detailed tracking of all interactions in GHL, ensuring accurate records.
Monitor lead activity and ensure timely follow-ups occur as needed.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure all leads move efficiently through the sales funnel.
Recommend automation improvements based on recurring issues or friction points in the sales process.
4. Sales Support & Payment Assistance After Hours to Support the Sales Team
Assist with split payments, HSA/FSA payments, and answering questions about the payment process.
Direct payment inquiries to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when necessary.

RESULTS
Prospects are engaged quickly and efficiently—reducing response times and ensuring no lead is lost.
Increase in booked Root Cause Calls™ through improved engagement and nurturing.
Higher show-up rate for sales calls due to better pre-call preparation and follow-up.
More social engagement converts into scheduled calls, improving overall lead quality.
CRM is consistently updated, allowing seamless tracking and handoff to the sales team.
The sales team can focus on closing deals, as this role removes administrative burdens from their plate.

REQUIREMENTS
Deep understanding of functional medicine, holistic health, or wellness industries.
Exceptional communication skills , with a talent for engaging and guiding prospects.
Proven experience in sales engagement, lead nurturing, and social media-driven customer acquisition.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in GoHighLevel , CRM systems, and social media engagement tools.
Ability to multitask across chat, email, phone, and CRM platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating objections and guiding prospects effectively.
Ability to work independently and own the role, proactively managing lead flow.
Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Availability during peak hours—4-5 hours per day, Monday - Sunday, weekends required.
Must be available to engage across all U.S. time zones.
US-based preferred, or must be a native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
