About Us
We are a fast-growing company looking to streamline our internal processes with automation. We leverage tools like n8n, Upgrade to see actual info, and AI integrations to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and build internal tools. We are seeking an Automation & Workflow Engineer to join us on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we scale.

Role Overview
As an Automation & Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows using n8n (self-hosted & cloud), Upgrade to see actual info, APIs, and AI integrations. Your goal is to enhance internal operations by automating repetitive tasks, integrating third-party tools, and building custom internal tools that improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using n8n (self-hosted & cloud) and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot self-hosted n8n instances to ensure reliability.
- Develop and integrate APIs to connect various services, databases, and internal tools.
- Format and manipulate data (JSON, Webhooks, Databases, etc.) to achieve automation goals.
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, or other AI services) into automation workflows.
- Continuously improve internal processes by identifying automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and build tailored automation solutions.

Requirements
- Experience with n8n (self-hosted & cloud) and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and data transformation (JSON, CSV, XML, etc.).
- Experience in deploying and maintaining self-hosted n8n setups (Docker, VPS, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation (OpenAI, AI API integrations, AI-driven workflows).
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for custom automation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and proactively optimize processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Zapier and other automation tools.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) for automation-related tasks.
- Experience with server management and DevOps (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes).
