E-Commerce Chargeback Specialist | PayPal, Shopify & Airwallex

Hey! We're looking for a chargeback expert to join our Dispute team to resolve disputes on PayPal, Shopify Payments, and AirWallex for our e-commerce dropshipping business. You should have a proven track record of successfully handling chargebacks and an understanding of the above platforms' processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve chargebacks for PayPal, Shopify, and AirWallex.
- Fixing inquiries and RFIs throughout the day
- Work with customers (emails) and platforms to settle disputes before the deadline.
- Keep records of each case and document everything accordingly.
- Providing EOD and EOW reports on all cases handled (won/lost)

Requirements:
- Experience resolving chargebacks with PayPal, Shopify Payments, and AirWallex.
- A maximum response time on any incoming claim, inquiry, chargeback, RFI within 3 hrs.
- High success rate in dispute resolution (90%+).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
