Key Responsibilities:
???? Video Editing & Social Media
Create and edit short-form videos and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok,
Develop a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Schedule and manage content across platforms using scheduling tools.
???? CRM & Data Entry
Maintain and update client information in our CRM (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus!).
Track leads, transactions, and follow-up activities to ensure seamless client communication.
???? Transaction Coordination
Manage real estate transaction files from contract to closing.
Coordinate with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure deadlines are met.
Organize and maintain compliance documents.
???? Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day operations, including
Handle listing paperwork, MLS uploads, and marketing materials.
Provide support for open houses and client events.
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience in real estate administration, marketing, or a related field.
? Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
? Strong knowledge of social media management and trends.
? Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred) and data entry.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
? Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
