As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best service from onboarding to execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing communication.
? Manage client projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and on time.
? Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
? Keep track of key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
? Maintain frequent and clear communication with clients regarding updates and progress.
? Work closely with the CEO and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
? Native English speaker (written, spoken, and reading proficiency).
? Strong background in customer support with a high level of empathy and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
? Project management experience with an eye for detail and organization.
? Critical thinker who can anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems.
? Tech-savvy—comfortable learning and using various tools (not coding, but navigating software).
? Experience using Slack, CRMs, and project management software.
? A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
? Highly driven, seeking both personal and professional growth.

Work Details & Compensation
???? Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST
???? Salary: $750/month + performance-based bonuses
