Here is what you’ll be doing:
- Build out ads in
- Manage cold
- Send cold
- Call inbound leads from paid ads to confirm their booking
- Call inbound leads and try and get them to book a call
- Fill out tracking sheets and monthly reports
- Data entry
- Scheduling and basic editing of social media posts and replying to comments
All training is provided, so there’s nothing for you to worry about. However, if you have the following skills this will stand in your favour during the recruitment process:
1. Excel (formula creation especially)
2. Cold calling
3. Data analysis
4. Cold outreach
5. Lead generation
What we need from you:
- Experience working in an administrative role before
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with technology. You are computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools or programs as we adopt them.
- Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box, this isn’t a role for someone who wants to always be told what to do.
- Must have daily access to high-speed internet access, computer/laptop, headphones/microphones, and quiet working space for office meetings.
- Able to work between 10 am to 7 pm (GMT) UK time Monday to Friday
- Two professional work references
This is a full-time role (meaning if you are working or looking to take on multiple jobs at once this is not for you), with bonuses included. Compensation is between $
