Job Description
As a Pinterest Ads Manager Assistant, you will support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of our Pinterest ad campaigns. You will work closely with our Pinterest Ads Manager, assisting in campaign execution, performance tracking, and data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment.

Core responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up new Pinterest ad campaigns, ensuring proper targeting and structure.
- Monitor active campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve ad performance.
- Prepare and submit a written weekly reflection at the beginning of each week outlining your past week's accomplishments, successes, challenges and focus points for the upcoming week.
- Active participation in weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to share your weekly reflection.
- Weekly participation in a 1-on-1 call for progress discussion and strategy alignment.

Job Requirements
- Experience with Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Terms of employment
- Compensation will be $5-10 per hour (based on your experience).
- Part-time position (Tuesdays and Fridays)
