As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a dedicated Digital Growth Specialist to enhance customers’ experience and loyalty.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Recognize and cater to evolving customer demands, actively supporting and guiding them through their digital purchasing journey.
• Boost customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases by delivering exceptional after-sale experience through digital channels like social media, instant messaging and
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and speed, ensuring that resolutions align with both customer expectations and digital growth objectives.
• Support marketing outreach programs to enhance brand visibility across various digital channels.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to manage daily orders and maintain operational efficiency in the digital realm.
• Monitor customer feedback on digital platforms, proposing enhancements to products, services, and processes to drive digital growth.
• Manage inbound customer calls effectively, ensuring swift resolution of queries in a focused, interruption-free digital environment.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks that can be completed online as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service within a digital environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Customer-centric mindset with a keen attention to detail and a quick learning ability.
• Proficient in Shopify, Gorgias, social media platforms, online marketplaces, and Hubstaff.
• Ability to work 8-9 hours per day (day and night shifts available).
