As an Amazon Account Manager / Catalog Manager, you'll play a crucial role in implementing strategies, managing day-to-day operations on Amazon, and ensuring our clients' success. You'll work closely with our Amazon Lead to turn strategic plans into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Catalog & Listing Management
- Manage and update all product listings. Ensure descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are current and accurate.
- Update and optimize the catalog in accordance with Amazon Rufus requirements.
- Create, edit, and upload listings using Inventory Flat Files.
- Work with the marketing team to align catalog content with promotional campaigns.

2. Operational Oversight & Issue Resolution
- Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Work on Open Cases and resolve them according to our processes.
- Escalating critical feedback to the Amazon Lead for strategic action.

3. Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
- Analyze catalog performance and recommend improvements to enhance usability and sales.
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements to workflows or systems.
- Support overall team objectives by proactively assisting in executing plans and tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce operations
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience working with Inventory Flat Files
