We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the hair industry, supplying high-quality products to hairdressers, salons, barbers, and industry professionals. We’re looking for a talented creative to join our team:

A Video Editor for Meta Ads & Reels & Graphic Designer for High-Converting Meta Ads

This is a full-time remote role with a fixed salary between $800 - $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience.

Duties:

We need a skilled video editor who can create engaging, high-retention “hooks” that immediately grab attention and drive conversions.

What You'll Do:
Edit scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Use eye-catching, bizarre, or attention-grabbing clips to hook viewers
Sync captions, quick cuts, and engaging visuals to the provided voiceover
Source clips from TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated – able to work independently
Creative & reliable – ability to think outside the box
Expert in high-retention editing & social media trends

We also need the person to be skilled in graphic design, who specializes in high-converting Meta ad creatives.

What You'll Do:
Design thumb-stopping static & animated ad creatives
Work with our marketing team to optimize ad performance
Stay updated on social media ad trends

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in designing for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
Proven ability to create ad graphics that drive sales
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
