JOB OVERVIEW

-----Ecommerce Operations Support-----
eBay Store Management: Assist in managing multiple eBay accounts, including order processing, customer inquiries, and dispute resolution using the program eDesk.

Amazon Expansion Assistance: Help with account management, listing optimization, and product research, all of which will be clearly explained on how to perform on a day to day basis.

Inventory Management: Track our stock levels on Sellerchamp, coordinate restocking with suppliers using excel spreadsheets, and monitor product performance.

Customer Service: Respond to customer messages, handle returns/refunds, and maintain high seller ratings using the program eDesk.

-----Clerical Tasks-----
All clerical tasks will be presented in a clear calendar for you to complete. Tasks will be changed from day to day basis, while many tasks will be on a daily basis such as customer service which requires 20-35 minutes to complete every day.

Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain transaction logs, track expenses, and ensure accurate categorization for financial analysis.

Bookkeeping Support: Assist in reconciling payments, managing business credit expenses, and updating financial reports.

Research & Documentation: Conduct market research on new product trends, and eBay/Amazon policy changes.


Email
& Calendar Management: Keep schedules organized, track deadlines, and send reminders for upcoming meetings.

-----Daily Tasks-----
Customer Service (eDesk) : Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and order-related questions.
Address concerns regarding shipping, returns, and product details.


Store Management (eDesk, eBay, Amazon) :Handle all returns, disputes, and complaints efficiently. Monitor and resolve negative feedback to maintain high seller ratings. Ensure all cases and order issues are addressed promptly.


Inventory Management: Track stock levels using SellerChamp to prevent overselling. Every Friday, compile a list of low-inventory items in Excel for supplier restocking. Ensure accurate stock data for all active listings.


Clerical Tasks: Every night, receive an email outlining clerical tasks for the next day.
Tasks may include: Correcting mistakes in product listings, setting up new stores/accounts, conducting product research for new inventory opportunities, and other administrative tasks as needed.
