We are a content marketing agency specializing in high-quality content and ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions. We’re looking for a skilled Short-Form Video Editor who understands both organic content (Instagram Reels) and high-converting ad creatives. We’re looking for a few long-term partners—editors who perform well will have the opportunity for more projects as we continue to grow.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for editing 10-30 short-form videos per client, including both organic content and paid ads. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, high-converting ad structures, and engaging editing techniques.
Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels & Paid Ad Creatives using engaging cuts, text animations, and seamless transitions
Apply strong storytelling techniques that keep viewers engaged and drive action
Optimize ad creatives for high conversions (hooks, pacing, dynamic edits)
Apply professional color grading to enhance video quality and maintain brand aesthetics
Batch edit weekly content for consistent delivery
Implement client feedback & revision rounds
Work efficiently in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
Upload final files and track progress via ClickUp
Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form videos (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Strong understanding of high-converting ad creatives (hooks, CTAs, and pacing)
Advanced storytelling skills – ability to craft compelling narratives in a short time frame
Experience with Final Cut Pro (preferred), Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
Advanced color grading skills to enhance video quality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to follow creative briefs
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required but a Plus!)
Motion graphics & light animation
Sound design & audio enhancement
Experience repurposing long-form content into high-converting ads
