As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Assistant to support our HR operations and marketing presence.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Marketing Assistant to play a key role in supporting our HR consulting efforts and marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about HR, employer branding, and digital marketing in the energy industry.
What You’ll Do
HR Support:
• Assist with developing HR programs and practices for our clients, including developing policies, building out programs and designing powerpoint decks to communicate progress to our clients.
• Support with talent acquisition efforts on behalf of our clients, from searching for candidates through supporting the onboarding process.
• Assist development of compensation and benefits strategies, based on research into the market and prevailing practices in the industry.
• Research labor compliance and legal risks in the US employment market.
Marketing & Branding:
• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support marketing efforts to enhance Ultera Talent’s visibility in the energy sector.
• Assist with newsletters,
• Conduct market research and track key industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Marketing (energy industry experience is a plus!).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to craft compelling content.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• We are ideally looking for someone with experience of US HR and labor practices.
