JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Assistant to join our team. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves tackling new challenges, and adapts quickly to change. You will play an essential role in helping establish the foundations for scaling 4-6 early-stage online businesses.

Responsibilities:

Strategizing with the CEO: Collaborate with the CEO to assess challenges related to sales and traffic generation for our stores. Engage in brainstorming sessions and plan marketing strategies.
Branding & Marketing: Enhance brand identity through innovative graphic design and cohesive branding strategies. Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional assets. Edit high-quality videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
Paid Ads: Plan and execute Facebook, TikTok, and other paid ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Analyze ad performance and optimize for better results.
Executive Assistance: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing tasks and scheduling efficiently. Assist in the development of long-term growth strategies and business planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong graphic design and branding skills (experience with video editing is a plus).
Optional: Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
Strong collaboration skills with the CEO to strategize effectively.
Highly creative with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Compensation:

$200 USD per week for the first probation month.
After the probation period, the salary will be renegotiated within the range of $200 to $400 per week, based on performance.
