About Us:
The Maids Surf Coast Cleaning Service (Upgrade to see actual info) is a dynamic Airbnb and property management business serving the beautiful and relaxed rural community of Victoria’s Surf Coast, Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with a down-to-earth, friendly approach.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative Coordinator to support our operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a flexible, multi-tasking environment and enjoys contributing to a small but vibrant team. You will work closely with our Senior Admin, Alicia, to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Scheduling: Manage bookings and schedules using Upgrade to see actual info.
Rostering: Assist in staff scheduling and management.
Communication: Handle emails and provide occasional phone support (nothing heavy!).
Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records using Xero.
Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content to enhance our brand.
Weekend Availability: You’ll generally work weekends, with flexibility around weekday shifts.
About You:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with technology and tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Xero, and social media platforms.
Friendly, adaptable, and able to communicate in a relaxed, informal manner with our rural community clients.
Ability to work independently and alongside the senior admin.
