Go High Level Specialist

Sweet2Elite is looking for a highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) Specialist with expertise in website designing, coding for graphic effects, and complex automations. This role focuses on creating visually engaging landing pages, maintaining smooth system integrations, and managing calendars for clients. The ideal candidate has experience working with coaching businesses and eCommerce brands and is proficient in tools such as Slack (for team communication), Trello (for job tasks and responsibilities), third-party integrations, Canva, Zapier, Manychat, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design & Graphic Effects:
- Develop visually appealing landing pages, funnels, and dashboards within GHL.
- Implement custom-coded graphic effects to enhance user experience.
- Ensure branding consistency across all visual elements.
- CRM & Complex Automations Management:
- Set up and optimize workflows and automations in Go High Level.
- Integrate third-party tools such as Zapier, Manychat, Instagram, Slack, Trello, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automations and integrations.
- Calendar Management:
- Set up and maintain appointment booking systems within GHL.
- Ensure seamless scheduling for coaching and eCommerce clients.
- Implement automated reminders and follow-up workflows.
- Client & Account Support:
- Customize GHL settings based on client needs.
- Provide basic training and support for users navigating the platform.
- Optimize system efficiency and suggest improvements based on user feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven expertise in Go High Level (GHL) and its website design features.
- Strong background in website designing, graphic design, and front-end coding for visual enhancements.
- Experience with coaching businesses and eCommerce brands.
- Proficiency in Slack (for team communication), Trello (for job tasks and responsibilities), third-party integrations, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills for calendar and workflow management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design and automation execution.
- Familiarity with automation, scheduling tools, and third-party integrations for efficiency.

Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working with Go High Level (GHL).
- Familiarity with automation, scheduling tools, and third-party integrations for efficiency.
- Experience developing visually appealing landing pages and dashboards.

Technical Requirements:
- Stable high-speed internet connection with a backup option to ensure consistent workflow.
- Reliable power source with a backup solution in case of outages.
