Flooring Estimator

We are looking for a part-time Flooring Estimator to assist with material takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid preparation for commercial flooring projects. If you have experience in flooring estimation and are skilled with takeoff software, we’d love to hear from you!



Job Details

• Position: Part-Time Flooring Estimator

• Work Hours: 10-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

• Work Location: Remote (Work from home)

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience (Hourly or Per-Project)

• Schedule: Flexible, but must be available for occasional meetings in U.S. time zones



Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans and perform flooring takeoffs.

• Calculate material quantities, labor costs, and waste factors.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.

• Utilize software like Bluebeam, Excel, or similar.

• Collaborate with our team via email and chat.



Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in flooring estimation (commercial projects preferred).

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, or similar takeoff software.

• Strong math, measurement, and cost analysis skills.

• Experience with U.S. construction standards (preferred but not required).

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
