We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Director, assist in recruitment, policy updates, HR operations, and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administrative Support

Provide direct assistance to the HR Director, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Maintain and organize HR records, employee documentation, and compliance files while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in alignment with company and legal requirements.
Prepare and distribute HR communications, policies, and company announcements.
Track and follow up on HR initiatives, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation.
Support HR reporting, data entry, and process improvements.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Recruitment & Interview Support

Assist in managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and reviewing applications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, as needed.
Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment screening.
Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by preparing materials, coordinating IT setup, and handling documentation.
What We’re Looking For

? Experience: At least 2+ years of HR administrative experience, preferably supporting an HR Director or senior HR professional.
? Policy & Compliance Knowledge: Experience updating policies, maintaining compliance records, and supporting HR audits.
? Recruiting Knowledge: Familiarity with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews (preferred but not required).
? HR Compliance & Record Keeping: Understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
? Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), ADP (or similar HRIS), and communication tools like Slack or Teams.
? Strong Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
? Professionalism & Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to draft professional emails, HR memos, and reports.
? Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and take initiative.
