Job Overview:
Staffify is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and their virtual assistants. This individual will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and overseeing the performance of virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English writing and comprehension skills, a strong background in HR-related tasks, and the ability to provide quick and effective resolutions to client concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and virtual assistants.
Ensure seamless communication by effectively translating client expectations into actionable tasks for virtual assistants.
Monitor the performance of virtual assistants, providing feedback and support as needed.
Quickly respond to client inquiries and concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions.
Oversee HR-related functions such as onboarding, conflict resolution, and performance reviews.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions to ensure service consistency.
Continuously improve client satisfaction by identifying and addressing any operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal) is a must.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong HR background or experience in a people management role.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
Prior experience in remote team management or virtual assistance is a plus.
