The Real Estate Marketing and & Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the
marketing, lead generation, and operational efficiency of a busy real estate team. This role
involves creating and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating social media efforts,
handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors,
and the team.

Software: CRMLS set; CloudCMA Microso???? office suite; PDF; Skyslop; Docusign;
Upgrade to see actual info; Zipforms; Followup Boss CRM; Zillow; Google Business; SEO; Canva; Capcut;
Getresponse; Thinkfic; Youtube mgt. Etc.

On-Line Marketing:
* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email
marketing, and paid advertising.
* Created and managed content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
and TikTok.
* Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, listing presentations????, and
newsletters using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
* Manage real estate website updates, blog posts, and SEO strategies.
* Coordinate professional photography, virtual tours, and video marketing for property
listings.
* Optimize and post property listings on MLS, Zillow, Upgrade to see actual info, and other real estate
platforms.
* Track marketing performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
* Follow up with past clients for referrals and tes????monials.
* Independently operate the email marketing system

Farming Support:
* Implement the en????re Farming Plans
* Follow up on the Farming Leads
* Make appointments

Administra????ve Support:
* Handle CRM management (Follow Up Boss, KVCore, etc.), update contacts, and track
lead follow-ups.
* Maintain and organize client databases, paperwork, and compliance records.
* Prepare contracts, agreements, and disclosure documents for review.
* Manage calendar, appointments, and reminders for the broker and agents.
* Ordered and maintained office supplies and marketing materials.

Cold Calling:
* Monthly & Weekly Cold calling
* Make an Appointment through Cold Calling
* Follow up on the leads as needed
