We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our internal systems, maintain our AI knowledge base, and troubleshoot process inefficiencies. Your role is essential in ensuring our tech stack runs smoothly, data is structured effectively, and our team has seamless access to critical information.
Responsibilities:
? Updating & Structuring the Knowledge Base for AI Tools ? Keeping data current & accessible.
? Tech Troubleshooting & Fixes ? Diagnosing and resolving issues in ClickUp, Zapier, Notion, and CRM systems.
? Process Optimization & Automation ? Identifying inefficiencies and implementing workflow improvements.
? Fixing Broken Links & Organizing Internal Documentation ? Ensuring seamless information access.
? Data Linking & Structuring Across Platforms ? Keeping databases and tools synced & optimized.
? Basic Technical Support ? Resolving platform & integration bugs.
Ideal Candidate Has:
?? 2+ years experience in tech support, knowledge management, or process automation.
?? Strong proficiency in ClickUp, Zapier, Notion, Google Sheets, and other automation tools.
?? The ability to troubleshoot integrations and resolve tech bugs independently.
?? A structured and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to organize complex data.
?? Strong communication skills to ensure clear documentation and updates.
Bonus Points for:
? Experience in AI model knowledge base maintenance.
? Familiarity with database management or CRM systems (Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot).
? Knowledge of workflow automation & API integrations.
