Job Title: YouTube Manager & Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary: $3 to $12 USD per hour (Base Salary) + Performance-Based Commissions

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube Manager & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our YouTube channel and drive quality leads into our top funnel system. You will be responsible for ensuring our YouTube channel’s success by optimizing videos, increasing views, improving watch time, and generating leads that will eventually turn into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and optimize the YouTube channel on a daily basis to drive traffic to Upgrade to see actual info.
-Conduct detailed analysis of the channel's performance, identifying deficiencies and making adjustments to improve views, engagement, and watch time.
-Implement strategies to grow the channel’s subscribers and watch time.
-Optimize every video post: including titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails for searchability and engagement.
-Track YouTube metrics and provide reports on channel growth and lead conversion.
-Implement lead-generation tactics through YouTube videos and drive those leads into the top funnel.
-Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure YouTube efforts align with broader marketing goals.
-Continually monitor the industry and competitor channels for insights and trends.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in YouTube growth, optimization, and lead generation strategies.
-Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, video SEO, and content optimization.
-Experience using tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or other YouTube analytics and SEO tools.
-Ability to track and report on YouTube analytics and lead generation performance.
-A self-starter who is comfortable working independently but also enjoys collaborating as part of a team.
-Excellent English communication skills.

Compensation:

Base Salary:

Entry-Level (0-2 years of experience): $3 - $5 per hour
Intermediate (2-5 years of experience): $5 - $8 per hour
Experienced (5+ years of experience): $8 - $12 per hour

Performance-Based Commissions:

10-20% commission on every lead generated and successful conversion that originates from your YouTube optimization efforts.
